Nice but could have been better

Location was very good next door to Rom Pho market.

The aircon in the room was terrible and the bathroom was very dark. The room also needs a bedside table lamp.

Awesome value, Pool and Location. Family friendly.

The location - perfect spot as you have many places to be able to walk too. Local markets, beach, convenience stores, money exchange or anything that you need is a short walk away. A lot of the attractions are not far from there either. Staff - super accommodating and friendly. Pool - roof top pool. Great view and super clean. Room - clean and spacious Great Breakfast Over all extreme value for money. Very family friendly.

Bed - for me the beds were way too firm but most of Thailand I find like that. The staff put a mattress topper on which helped a lot. For my husband he found them ok and for a friend that stayed as well loves the firm beds. So it is more a personal choice. The gym - a few cardio pieces, not any weights.

Excellent stay

Very neat hotel, clean and new, there even a door bell on each room. Beds are confortables, rooms are spacious, staff very nice, breakfast very good, ok swimming pool on top of hotel with very nice view, location good as foods stall near by. Price is reasonable. Recommend this hotel.

Great value, beautiful space, happy staff, highly recommend

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and the property felt very clean and very safe. The pool was lovely and the hotel was near to many shops, markets and the beach. The room even included a personal balcony and was very spacious. Overall the hotel is wonderful and offers great value, privacy and lovely views.

The only downside was maybe the breakfast because it was actually really good, especially given the price but perhaps my expectations were too high given the price.

Very relaxing and affordable place to stay if you want to escape the Pattaya buzz

The pool was awesome. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was lovely. The location is great, close to the beach and food market.

The Wi-Fi was unpredictable and often very slow.

Wonderful

Loved the location as it was located in a quiet part of Jomtien but near all the necessary establishments like the market, convenience store, and food hub, as well as Jomtien Beach. Staff were courteous and always greet you with a smile. Loved the breakfast. The pool area provides a nice view of Jomtien. Will surely stay here again.

There's just a certain bad smell at the bathroom, but it was bearable.

Very Good

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Good location, 7-11 50 meter away, restaurants and bars close but not too much noice in the evening. 500 m to the beach. Small but nice pool on the roof. Good parking possibility.

Breakfast was with a limited choice, maybe because it was low season.

Room was spacious and spotlessly clean.

Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Room had a small balcony for drying clothes. Lots of options for breakfast and the breakfast was authentic and really delicious. Swimming pool is on the roof and is always empty. Lots of shopping, massage and eating options nearby. The indian restaurant accross the street is amazing.

The hotel advertises massage and karaoke but it's false advertisement. When asked about these, they simply asked me visit the shops next door. Please do not take away the sandals, they cost 200 TBH a pair. I took them as souvenir and was asked to pay up later when I had already left pattaya. They should probably inspect the room before the customer checks out since it wasn't mentioned anywhere about the cost of the sandals.

Lawinta Lovely

Big room with a sea view and modern trim, just fantastic. Superb bathroom and extra seating in the room, another bonus. The roof top pool is just magic.

Superb

Staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. I arrived several hours early and they suggested I relax on the rooftop infinity pool and offered to store my bags. The place was spotless. Fantastic hotel.

I wish they had breakfast included.

-breakfast. We dont eat pork so when i asked the authority if theres anything in chicken. They instantly brought us chicken sausages. -convenience store nearby -nice rooms and clean I would like to stay there again.

Good hotel in a great location for Jomtien Beach

The King Suite was very nice. AC unit quite loud, but not too obnoxious. The bed was nice and firm, but there are only tall/firm pillows in the room. I asked for softer/smaller pillows, which the hotel was happy to provide. The shower was good enough, despite the low-mounted head. All the "cold" water in the hotel is actually warm, so the Muslim Shower / Bidet Shower was nice and warm instead of the usual ice-water :)

This hotel caters quite heavily to bus-loads of Chinese tourists, to the point that all signs in the hotel are also posted in Chinese. Therefore it was quite difficult to get through the throng at breakfast, but we all got there in the end. The shower head is mounted on and can be moved up and down a pole, but it's installed so low that it was almost impossible for me to shower comfortably. When I wanted to wash my hair I had to bend down significantly or just crouch in the tub. There is no glass partition or shower curtain to stop the water from going all over the floor when showering. One evening when I came home the tub was (literally) crawling with a couple dozen tiny ants, which I just flushed down the drain. The next evening there were a couple more ants on the tub. I never did see any ants anywhere else in the room, so this was not a big issue. There seem to be bars and clubs next to all hotels in Pattaya, so there was quite a bit of noise that came into my room from outside. It wasn't too loud, however, so I managed to sleep just fine.

One of the nicest hotels ive stayed in Thailand very modern, rooms are huge, fantastic staff, and great location
